We need a system where you need to be a certain combat level to talk and yell. It takes too long to mute a massive batch of spammers, and it doesnt half irritate me.

I suggest 10.

This is actually a bad idea...
think of the skillers who are cmb 3 they will never be able to yell..
my suggestion are, rather than cmb lvl req, add a total lvl req like you need to have 200 total lvl to ues yell..
but this might be hard to do..

no the easiest thing to add on a dodian source is having a certain level like... you need 25 wc to talk or like 10 thieve or something

Or... I can send squad a code to put in server.java for anti crash system that my coder made like bk in 2009.

And alot of people have posted this code on alot of forums, so its a very useful thing, but the thing is it doesnt work on moparscape soucres.

But it does work on dodian soucres which is good.
